City View Curling Club has draws available for players of all ages and levels, from our Little Rocks program for kids, to our Day adult programs; from our Sunday Fun division, to our competitive evening draws. City View offers something for everyone!

For 2010-11
For returning members:
- Your deposit is 50% of your curling fee, due April 30th, 2010.
- Any fees or portion thereof paid before April 30th is ONLY subject to the GST. Any fees or portion thereof paid AFTER April 30th will be subject to the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST)
- Full instructions for printing and submission of the form are found in the PDF document.
City View always welcomes new members. New members can sign up at any time and will be admitted where openings exist.
