2011-2012 Registration Information

New Members:

City View is always open to new members.  New members to the Club will be accepted as space allows.

Returning League Members:

• The balance of fees is due by October 3^rd, 2011. Fees must be paid in full before any member is allowed to begin curling.
• Beginning May 21, 2011, if a new team registers before a returning team has registered, the returning team WILL lose its spot in the league unless there is extra space freed up by other teams not returning.
• For registration purposes in fixed team leagues, a returning team must have no less than three members signed up and paid by April 30th, 2011 in order for the team to retain its membership in the league.

Registration Payments:

• Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Cash, or Debit at the bar. Payments made by cheque can be submitted through the slot in the office door.
  All payment must be attached to a completed Application form.  
• Two copies of the Application form will print. Attach the payment receipt to one, and place it in the mail slot in the office door.  Keep the other form for your records.
• If paying by cheque; attach both the Down Payment and Balance cheques to the application form.
  The Balance cheque may be post dated to October 3^rd, 2011.
  All payment must be attached to a completed Application form.

City View Curling Club has draws available for players of all ages and levels, from our Little Rocks program for kids, to our Day adult programs; from our Sunday Fun division, to our competitive evening draws.  City View offers something for everyone!
